In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

If you access jillbet on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms. However, please note that account sharing is prohibited — each Account must correspond to a single natural person.

To be eligible to register and use jillbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on jillbet or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a person employed by jillbet or any associated game provider.
• Use of online gambling services is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

jillbet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified by jillbet support will result in Account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Players who have previously self-excluded are not permitted to re-register during the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new Account will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balances.

Players must complete the jillbet registration process in full, providing accurate, current, and truthful information at every step. The following information is required at registration and must remain accurate throughout the life of the Account:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth (day, month, year).
• Valid email address accessible and controlled by the Player.
• Valid Bangladeshi mobile number (used for OTP verification and 2FA).
• Residential address in Bangladesh.

One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on jillbet. The use of multiple Accounts — whether registered under the same name, different names, or different email addresses — is strictly prohibited. jillbet employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. Where multiple Accounts are identified, all Accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be voided, and Bonus Balances will be forfeited.

Account Security Obligations

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.

• Deposits are credited to the Real Balance immediately upon confirmation of successful payment gateway notification. jillbet is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, or a verified payment method registered under the Player's own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals to verified Accounts are processed within one hour during operational hours (9 am – midnight BST, UTC+6). Bank card and internet banking withdrawals may take 1–5 business days.

Anti-Money Laundering

Currency & Conversion

All Accounts on jillbet are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jillbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion that may occur at the payment gateway level is the responsibility of the Player and their payment service provider. jillbet bears no liability for exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus Funds are awarded to the Bonus Balance and must be kept separate from Real Balance funds in the cashier system.
• Until the full wagering requirement is met, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin while using Bonus Funds is ৳200, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• Free spins winnings are credited as Bonus Funds and subject to the wagering requirements specified in the free spins offer terms.

Bonus Abuse

Where such activity is detected, jillbet reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated with that bonus, restrict future bonus eligibility, or close the Account permanently.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The welcome deposit bonus is available to new Players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players who have previously held an Account on jillbet are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

Casino Games

• In-play bets are subject to delay and may be suspended during match interruptions. jillbet is not liable for in-play bet acceptance failures caused by live data feed latency.
• Live cash-out availability is not guaranteed on all markets or at all times. Where cash-out is available, the cash-out value is calculated by jillbet's trading system and is final once accepted.

Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, game crash, or technical failure during an active game round or bet, jillbet will endeavour to restore the game to its state at the point of failure. Where this is not possible, bets already staked on incomplete rounds will be refunded to the Player's Real Balance. jillbet is not liable for any claimed winnings on rounds that did not complete successfully due to technical failure.

Collusion & Cheating

Any form of collusion, cheating, use of software bots, exploitation of software bugs, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform is strictly prohibited. Players found engaging in such activities will have their Accounts immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and may be subject to legal action.

jillbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools are available to all registered Players and can be activated at any time through Account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable on-screen prompts that notify the Player after a set period of continuous gambling activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: A short-term suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which deposits and gameplay are blocked. The Account remains open.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, irrevocable suspension of the Account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

Closure by the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting jillbet support via live chat or at support@jillbet. Before closure, any remaining Real Balance (net of pending Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be processed as a final withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being in place.

Suspension or Closure by jillbet

jillbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of a Platform error or technical fault.
• Creation of multiple Accounts.
• A Player being identified as under 18 years of age.
• A Player being identified as a self-excluded individual attempting to circumvent their exclusion.
• Chargebacks initiated against jillbet through the Player's payment provider.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jillbet staff.

Where an Account is closed by jillbet due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Balance funds may be withheld pending investigation and will be released only upon satisfactory resolution of the matter in jillbet's reasonable judgment.

Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jillbet will attempt to notify the Player at their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce any Real Balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jillbet and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform, including but not limited to losses on casino games, live dealer tables, sports bets, and crash games.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds data, game information, or promotional content published on the Platform where such inaccuracies resulted from data feed errors beyond jillbet's direct control.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that delay, withhold, or reverse transactions independently of jillbet's instruction.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jillbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jillbet's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jillbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at the /terms-conditions page of the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material amendments — those that significantly affect Player rights, withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or Account closure procedures — jillbet will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered Players before the changes take effect. For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarification of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of jillbet following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support@jillbet prior to the effective date of the change.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jillbet regarding any aspect of these Terms, Account management, game outcomes, bonus calculations, or payment processing, the Player must first contact jillbet support in writing at support@jillbet, providing full details of the dispute including Account username, relevant transaction IDs or bet IDs, and the specific outcome being disputed.

jillbet will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a full written response within 10 business days. Where additional investigation is required, jillbet will keep the Player informed of progress.

Game outcome disputes involving casino games are subject to review of the relevant hand history or spin log held by the game provider. The game provider's certified RNG results are considered final. jillbet will liaise directly with the relevant game studio on the Player's behalf to obtain the required records.

Finality of Decisions

jillbet's decision on all disputes, following the completion of the internal review process described above, shall be considered final and binding. By accepting these Terms, Players acknowledge and agree that jillbet's dispute resolution process constitutes the exclusive mechanism for resolving disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and standard transaction processing.

Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative and controlling version for all purposes, including dispute resolution and legal interpretation.
